Release of mangadex-tools v1.0.0

A small post to announce that a recent programming trance (you know, the kind that makes you reach 3 AM without realizing it… before a workday) made me polish mangadex-tools enough for a v1.0.0. The main user facing change is that the monitor's catalog now uses the well-known JSON format instead of Tcl's and full series URLs instead of just the UUIDs.

Oh, and that the README got a new facelift, it should be a lot cleaner and to the point.

So feel free to give it a try and rely on it, if you need a kinda Suckless way of keeping up with series hosted on MangaDex!
